There is no Hays County Noise Ordinance.
Unincorporated areas are governed by State Nuisance laws.
The city of Dripping Springs does specify restrictions on noise for various reasons with specific decibel levels [60db] [70db] [85db].
The city can also set decibel level for specific businesses [65db]
