Do You own a Nassour Lot? Lots that were part of the Nassour phase of Sunset Canyon development have unique restrictions and requirements written into the original land deeds. To determine if you own a “Nassour” lot, you can check the Nassour Address vs Lot # link in the lefthand column. Next select the Information on Nassour lots link to see details of the special deed restrictions for your lot.
